Complaints
Sharpen your customer focus with a centralised complaint management system that enables staff to deal with issues efficiently and effectively. Besides providing an instantly accessible mechanism for recording and handling customer complaint data, this web-based system allows mobile field staff to log complaints remotely, accelerating response times and boosting service levels. This module also has in-built analysis tools for investigating complaint costs and causes, evaluating data and generating graphs and statistics for feeding into management reviews.  

Training
Implementing the Titan training module will provide you with an up-to-the-minute, company-wide record of each employee’s training history and needs. At the click of a mouse you can call up reports detailing each individual employee’s training requirements or competence in a particular area. 

Document control
Would you be able to lay your hands on your organisation’s ethical policy or terms and conditions documentation? And would you know which staff had access to certain critical documents? Our document control module - essentially a live filing system for organising company documents - enables you to access and update key documents anywhere, at any time.  

Audit
Detailed auditing of your company’s implemented, management systems against actual working practices is a core part of ISO 9000. That’s why this module is a must for any quality manager working towards or maintaining an ISO 9000 system. Audit dates, actions, completion dates and comments for effectiveness are among the data that can be conveniently stored, accessed and revised via this module. 

Calibration
If equipment is key to your business, calibration is too. This module gives you an at-a-glance update on what calibration is required, when it is due and who carried out the last calibration tests. It can even be configured to send your engineering or production manager SMS texts or emails alerting them to the fact that calibration is overdue or that certain machines have started to or have the potential to exceed maximum error tolerances.
